Sunriver, OR | Sept 18-21, 2025

This SoulSync Retreat is for those seeking to reconnect with their inner wisdom, restore self-trust, and discern between ego and essence. Through guided experiences in nature, mindfulness practices, and potentially horses, you’ll leave with a clearer sense of who you are, what you need, and how to move forward with authenticity and alignment.
While I’ve thoughtfully designed the retreat schedule to support deep connection, reflection, and restoration, we also honor the emergence of energy, insight, and inspiration.
I believe in tuning into the group’s natural rhythm and allowing space for what wants to arise. So while the structure will guide us, there’s room for fluidity and spaciousness—because sometimes the most powerful moments aren’t the ones we plan.

Trusting Equus really opened my eyes. Their Personal Empowerment Coaching reshaped my outlook, and their Relationship Coaching dramatically improved how I communicate in my personal life.

Trusted many but Trusting Equus topped them all. Their relationship coaching genuinely improved my communication at work, and the career guidance was surprisingly insightful.

Attended a mindfulness workshop by Trusting Equus. Quite calm and useful; learned some practical stress-management techniques. Worth the time for anyone looking to find balance.

Working with horses is one of the most profound parts of the SoulSync Retreat. These moments aren't about riding—they're about being, presence, energy, and reflection. Horses are intuitive mirrors of our inner world, and they respond not to our words, but to our essence. You’ll partner with them in guided Gestalt experiences that are gentle, powerful, and deeply transformative.
Whether you’re horse-savvy or horse-curious, no previous experience is needed. Just an open heart and a willingness to be present.
What to Bring for Horse Time:
Closed-toe shoes or boots (comfortable, secure footing is key)
Muck boots or waterproof footwear (especially November–April or if it’s rainy/muddy)
Layers you don’t mind getting a little dusty
Water bottle
Bandana, scarf, or mask to cover your mouth and nose (helpful for dust or hay sensitivity)
Gloves in colder weather
Optional: Journal or small notebook to capture insights after sessions
We’ll move at the pace of the horses—and your soul. Every session is invitational and honors your energy, comfort, and curiosity.
The house has bikes for getting around Sunriver. I can also drive us to the farm and food during retreat hours.

I experienced the retreat both with and without the horses, and the shift was profound. The horses amplified everything—insight, release, and connection. I left lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
